To initiate any exchange, refund, or repair, kindly present the Order Confirmation and Original Delivery Note as proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot process any exchange, refund, or repair without these documents.

Refunds will follow the same mode of payment used during the item's purchase. Items bought with cash will be refunded in cash, while credit/debit card transactions will be reimbursed to the same credit/debit card

For home delivery items, refunds are applicable only in cases of non-delivery, supported by the supplier's written confirmation.

Kindly note that items that have been installed are exempt from exchange or refund unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

2. Usage, opened packaging, or seal removal will result in the product's return to you, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
3. In case of manufacturing defects, the original box, accessories, and information booklet must be included.
4. Used, altered, assembled, or installed products are accepted only in case of defects.
